Workflow is stuck on "pendingapproval"

Umbraco.Workflow v13.4.1

I have a item in the active workflows that is stuck on “Approved”.

Howerever, when opening the workflow details from the dashboard, it shows “No active worklflow found”.

Workflowindex indicated it is stuck on “pendingapproval”.

I would like to close/delete the workflow.
It is the Production environment, so swagger is not enabled.

Does anyone have solution for this issue?

No really, I had to delete the row from the database. That did work, but was not the best solution.
