Umbraco 16 - How do you configure the label on a Block List Editor

I’m working with Umbraco 16 and want to configure how labels appear in the Block List Editor. I saw this discussion for Umbraco 14 (link), , anyone has an example for this?

If you find the labels too restictive, you can design your own view.
It looks quite complex but there is a vanilla js example here: Custom Block Grid Views: Too Complicated - #3 by jacob
