I have an issue with Workflow on Umbraco V13. A colleague sent a product page through for approval and I received this in Workflow. However when I click on the item it says no active workflow found. On the actual page node it doesn’t appear as it is in Workflow stage but in the Workflow history tab on the node page it shows as being sent through to workflow. All very confusing. Anyone else seen this and can suggest a solution. I’ve published the page at the node level but want to remove it from my active workflow list

This looks like a known Workflow issue where the active workflow record may have become stuck or orphaned. Could you try making a tiny edit on the page, saving it, sending it to to workflow again, and immediately canceling it.
Other thing you can try is to completely remove the orphaned workflow record from the database. Please keep a backup before doing this.

I also noticed the release notes mention multiple fixes in later Workflow 13 versions, so it may be worth upgrading if you are on an older build.
