Making this topic so people can track what’s on my todo list for forum tweaks and fixes that I’m aware of.

This is a locked topic, as I don’t want people adding to it here: create a topic in Meta and if needed I’ll add to the list

• @Amalie-Wowern doesn’t have a contrib badge, despite having a merged PR on the CMS repo
• Bump the original poster to mark a solution
  • Possible with the solved reminders plugin
• Discourse API for H5YR
• Work on themes - related to: Forum SVG logo
• Broken link in forum guidelines
• Add lastest topics on the Our homepage
• This user’s public profile is hidden
• Update About the questions category to set the correct expectations of forum’s usage and HQ people’s voluntary participation
• Add AI plugin and enable it for spam detection and automatic image captioning

Just to note, Amalie’s lack of badging was because her email address at time of committing was a company address, which has since changed. It looks like the forum doesn’t save the GitHub username and instead compares email addresses.

FYI: Added the AI plugin as spammers were having fun last night, new user’s posts will get the AI treatment now and flagged if there’s any suspicion of spamming.
Additionally, I added some keywords to automatically flag topics that have absolutely no place on this forum.
