Discourse API for H5YR?

Just looking around the forum and an idea came to mind, is there an API available for when someone uses the H5YR icon on a thread/post?

Could be a nice addition to H5YR.com that we can add a card to the site saying “owain have a H5YR to Seb’s post on the form” for example.

Moved to Meta - interesting idea, might be able to generate a webhook for you. I’ll have a look.
