having problems with editing in settings it gives me the info

Server error: Contact administrator, see log for full details
Validation errors must be fixed before the item can be saved

i am already a administrator on the site,

the site is live and was not an issue 3 days ago.

it is version 8.14.0 of umbraco hope anyone can help
