uSkinned Site Builder for Umbraco 17 is out

uSkinned Site Builder for Umbraco 17 is now available :tada:

This release brings full Umbraco 17 support alongside:

:high_voltage: Performance improvements and fixes throughout

A huge amount of work went into this upgrade following the move away from AngularJS and the modernisation of the Umbraco backoffice architecture.

We’d genuinely love to hear your thoughts, feedback, and experiences as people start working with Site Builder on Umbraco 17.

Hi @dalyUSN I have working Umbraco 13 with uSkinned and uSync. I also have running Umbraco 17, uSkinned activated and uSync, working fine. How can I move all of my content, media and upgrade this thing and preserve everything in place?

This guide doesn’t mention how to upgrade this thing, only clean install.

Hi @BlagoCuljak , you can upgrade directly from Umbraco 13 following this guide:

Since you have two sites, with uSync installed, you could export all content from your Umbraco 13 site using uSync and then import your content files into your new Umbraco 17 site. Make sure you delete all demo content from your V17 site first.

@marc_love I have tried that for past 2 days. imported nodes are not opening in backoffice. Not found in frontend. Can i send my usync export to your support so they give it a go?

Hey @marc_love I haven’t recived any email from my contact form. I don’t have access to uskinned login portal, as my client purchased license, not me. Can you contact me directly to email?
