Hi Umbraco cloud,

Trial expires in 14 day(s) Upgrade now button is not working. See screenshots.

Server Error in ‘/’ Application.
Runtime Error
Description: An exception occurred while processing your request. Additionally, another exception occurred while executing the custom error page for the first exception. The request has been terminated.

Is there an alternative way to upgrade the project? I would like to upgrade to Starter package USD 53 per month + additional $53/month for development environment… thank you.

You should be able to mange Umbraco Cloud subscriptions in the Cloud Portal:
https://www.s1.umbraco.io/

Note that this is a separate portal outside the Umbraco Backoffice.
