Under Maintenance page during a deploy

Quick question: is it possible to have a static ‘Under Maintenance’ page displayed while a site is unavailable during a deploy on Umbraco Cloud?

Wonder if you can include your own app_offline.htm file in the repo.. though might also have to remove it manually too during ci/cd?

Though not umbraco cloud specifically, I’ve used KuduCommand for pre/post deploy on azure app_services for custom app_offline.htm add/remove
