I just released UmbraDesktop, a full desktop mode in Umbraco!
It’s completely ridiculous and took way more work than is reasonable, but it’s so extremely cool!
I really like the fact that you can keep windows open and just switch easy between them. Or have multiple content editors open to work side by side.
Oh and did I mention it has nine background images to choose from, including a Umbraco 4 retro styled image
You can find UmbraDesktop on the marketplace. Read the readme first to make sure you enable the desktop mode for your user!

That’s cool ! Well done
At first I thought it was a Mac app. It would be also cool to create a real desktop for mac/PC using the management API or even using LIT native ?
