Where he put them now is perfect. Similar to the previous page which used to have it with every new release. What I still missing is the CLI commands. Or, is it now only through NuGet? if yes, would be easier if put the command in the page like it used to be. (Yes, when you click on the NuGet link it says there, but for those who not use NuGet it’s not so clear and it was better when the commands where in the release page, so once it under the umbraco domain you know that this what you need to run on the CLI)
