We have a multi-site with a bunch of languages and languages appear in the order we added them.
Is there any way to sort them alpabetically? I guess i could be done with a backoffice extension but any other way?

I’m not aware you can change the order of the languages, there’s nothing in the UI or database that suggests they can be ordered, other than by the order they were added. That sounds like a potential package or an issue you can raise on the issue tracker.
