Umbraco Forms existing Licenses

We upgraded a client webpage to Umbraco v13.10 with Umbraco Forms 13.6.0.
As usual, we had to re-assign the existing license in the backend, but suddenly the small link “Configure existing license” under the green button “Buy license” is missing.

We bought Forms licenses a few months ago under https://shop.umbraco.com, assigned them to the correct domain and assigned it again in the Umbraco (Forms) backend. But now we can’t even login anymore to https://shop.umbraco.com for support or more licenses.

Is this due to new annual pricing. But what’s the plan with the existing “lifetime” licenses, Umbraco HQ?

I feel like this is a question that you need to direct at Umbraco HQ directly.

I believe you should be able to contact them via you Umbraco Partner Program contact.

If you’re not a Umbraco partner, then you might be able to contact the support team here:

However, if I had to guess, you might have to include your license in the source code.
