Umbraco Forms 15.1.1 Form Entries Export Not Working

I have recently upgraded to umbraco form 15.1.1 along with umbraco version 15.3.1.

When I am trying to export form entries, dialog opens up but nothing happens on clicking of export button.
There is no error in console ,No request in Network Tab and also there is no log related to this in log viewer as well.

Pleas help asap.

I would like to know which version you migrated from to v15.1.1?

Iā€™m thinking it might be related to the EPPlus library license. After version 4.5.3.3, it switched to a licensed version, so downgrading to that version could help, or alternatively, configuring the license might do the trick.

Thank you for your reply.

Previously it was 15.0.3 (Umbraco Forms) and 15.1.1(Umbraco) and exports were working fine there.

It works for me on the combination of versions you mentioned, but you need to do something a bit special, I updated the issue here with a video to show it:
