Umbraco backoffice icons not loading properly

Hi all,

I recently noticed that the icons for the different documents in Umbraco are showing like a dotted circle. We haven’t selected this icon for the document types shown in the screenshot below.

Is there someone that can help me get the correct icons back? This is not only affecting the content section, but also the media section for instance.

Sometimes it seems to solve itself after hard refreshing the page or clearing site data or enabling the “disable cache” option in the dev tools on Chrome.
