Umbraco 16: link Picker Target Configuration

We’re using TinyMCE with Umbraco 16 and have integrated the umb link
tool successfully. However, we need to configure links from the Media Picker to default to opening in a new tab (i.e., target=“_blank”). We haven’t found the setting for this configuration. I hope it makes sense
