Umbraco 14 - ApiError The authenticated user do not have access to this resource when accessing RTE stylesheet

Hi

I recently updated to Umbraco 14. When users access a page with a rich-text editor component, they get the following error:

However, this problem doesn’t occur for administrators. I tested a bit further and it only happens when the user doesn’t have access to the “Settings” tab.
Are there any suggestions as to what the issue or solution might be?
