Umbraco 13 Getting word (Local) showing on Browser tabs on Deployed Instance

Hi I seem to have a bit of an Odd Bug, When I say go to the settings tab on the live site I am getting the word (Local) on the tab. It only happening on one of our V13 sites, the only difference with this site is that we used deploy to to an update from Nested Content to Block grid on local host!

Is this because I have deploy installed???

It was that I removed Deploy and it fixed it.
