Umbraco 13 - CrowdIn Plugin unable to translate Chinese Culture/not supported culture

A concern regarding the CrowdIn plugin, because currently we are having issues with it.

We cannot translate the Chinese (zh) language using the CrowdIn plugin. It says that Project does not contain supported culture.

The issue is that with the Umbraco languages

Chinese is zh, and there’s only Chinese Simplified which is zh-Hans-cn.

It’s not compatible with the existing CrowdIn supported culture for China which is this:

We already tried testing adding a language codes

Tested all the placeholder and it seems nothing working

Do you have any suggestions or any recommendations to make this work?

Hi,

You might have to map the language code in the crowding connector config.

This tells the connector to map the language before it gets to crowding, so you can change the codes as needed.
