Trusting Development Certificates in GitHub Actions for Local Builds

Does anyone know how to get a site running inside a GitHub action and have it trust the dev certificate?

It always seem to get stuck, like it needs someone to click yes to accept the dev certificate.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Good news for anyone reading this. I have managed to solve it.
