Solution architecture: Scalable Umbraco CMS web app

Hello Team,

I was looking into the below configuration for splitting front-end and back-end web apps.

But before I go with this approach, I have some doubts.

  1. Only media files will be uploaded on the azure portal but what about the templates, scripts and CSS file. How can we share these files between two different web apps?

  2. If I install any package in one app, I have to install the same package in another app as well. Correct?

  3. If I publish the content from the back-end app then how long it will take time to reflect in front-end app or how we can refresh the cache for front-end.
