Rich text editor does not seem to work with UI builder in umbraco 13

Hey,
I created a custom data type using rich text editor which looks like below,

Then I am trying to access it by setting a Data type to a field like this,

After then when I want to add value to that rich text editor, it does not load and displays loading forever at its place like this,

and in console, throws an error like below,

I am stuck now and could not find a way around it, anyone’s guidance is very much appreciated
