I am on 17.7.0 and just noticed that on my muti-site setup that on my primary root node I have two hostnames setup site.com and www.site.com. If I look at the links section in the info tab the normal “/” link is genearated as well as both hostnames have links. If I go to any child node of this root node only the “/” based links and the “site.com” based links are shown, never the “www.site.com” based links. I can start throwing more random host names at the root level and all the child nodes will inherit them it is only the “www.sites.com” links that are not. I am not sure if this is a bug, some odd behavior that is by design, an issue with a package/customization, or something else. Per guide lines I am checking here before opening a bug report on github.

Can you share some screenshots of your hostname setup?
Unless your examples are actually different sites, you usually don’t want www and non-www pointing to different sites anyway, one should redirect to the other (which ever way round you want to do it).
