After my last deployment (09-Apr) despite it being successful, my Staging environment still showed changes ready for deployment. I verified that the files all transferred to prod successfully and just moved on, assuming that the next push from dev–>stage–>prod would clean it up.
Today I pushed again, and same thing happened except that it now shows 3 pending changes. (3 makes sense since there was already 1 pending, and today was another 2). Once again Success message, newest changes are present in Prod, but pending changes in stage.
Anyone have thoughts about this? I thought about a lock perhaps, but none show when I check the locks folder in Kudu.
