New Package: Pulse for Umbraco - Site Health Monitor

Hi all,

We’re excited to announce the official release of Pulse for Umbraco on the Umbraco Marketplace! :rocket:

What it does: Pulse is an operational health monitor that lives inside your Umbraco backoffice. It scans your content, configuration, performance, and security - then gives you an actionable health score (0–100) with one-click remediation to fix issues on the spot. Think of it as a comprehensive check-up for your Umbraco site.

Why we built it: We found ourselves repeatedly doing the same manual audits across Umbraco projects - checking for orphaned media, stale content, missing HTTPS enforcement, oversized uploads, weak password policies, and dozens of other things that quietly degrade a site over time. We wanted a single dashboard that surfaces all of this automatically.

Highlights:

  • 44 built-in rules across 5 categories - Content Health, Site Setup, Performance, Access & Security, and Content Quality
  • One-click remediation - empty recycle bins, disable stale users, remove unused document types, and more
  • Scheduled scans - daily, weekly, or custom intervals with email and backoffice notifications when your score drops
  • Custom scans & presets - pick specific rules for targeted checks without affecting your persisted results
  • History & trend analysis - track your health score over time and get alerts on sustained declines
  • Issue assignments & collaboration — assign issues to backoffice users, add comments, and track progress
  • Suppressions - exclude rules or individual items from scoring when they’re intentionally accepted
  • Multi-site support - scoped scans for installations with multiple root content nodes
  • CSV export - download full reports to share with your team or archive for compliance
  • Achievements - earn badges as you scan, fix, and improve your site :trophy:

Requirements: Umbraco 17+, .NET 10+, SQL Server or SQLite

Thanks,
