I have a v13 website with 2 languages defined:

en
The website has all German content published, now we want to add the English content. I added “/en” to the “culture and hostnames” list of the homepage node, and published the homepage node in English as well.
When I navigate to the English frontend of the homepage, I receive a ModelBindingException exception (exception stack trace see below).
Now here is the strange thing: yny other language will work. If I add “en-us” to the language list, and add this language to the hostnames on the homepage node, I can call this new language without any errors.
I deleted “en” off the language list, and re-added “en” to the language list. Then, the same error happens. It happens on any pages, also an newly created ones.
This website’s database is in service since a while. I checked the database with an sqlite editor, and the language table and other related tables appear to be just fine.
