Migration Path From version 8 to Version 13

Hi,
we are planning to move from Umbraco version 8.6.1 to version 13.

I need the migration plan how to achieve this. Should we go incremental like 8->9>10>11>13, or we can directly Migrate to version 13.

any link or tutorial will be helpful.
