Migrating Nested Content structure and data to Block List Editor

I want to migrate Nested Content structure and data to Block List Editor since Nested Content is becoming obsolete. I have been trying to find a package or script that does this but couldn’t find any. I am surprised by this, surely somebody built something like that at this stage? Is there any technical reason that makes it difficult?

@ Leon Lindeberg your migrator works fine for single level but migrator did not work for hierarchy based nested content editor. example : nested content editor ->nested content editor ->nested content editor
