I also noticed I got a lot of messages to mark things as solution and it’s not.. very Friendly. So I’ve actually disabled the reminder for now and will feed this back to the Discourse team who made this plugin to remind people.
I think that is a good choice

The main idea is probably good for this, it probably just needs some tweaking.
I think it actually reminded me each day of of several topics, at that point it becomes hard to track.
Yeah, it got extra annoying when it also did it as soon as I installed the latest version of the Discourse software (so just after restarting the server) and I was under the impression it would only remind you twice: once after 3 days (when no more replies on that topic) and once again after 30 days (when no more replies on that topic). But it was way more!
