Making a search function

Hi Our! :slight_smile:

I’m currently researching how i can make an search page/search function with Umbraco.

Before i have used Google Site Search but now that Google is closing down for the paid service of Site Search i’m looking at something new.

Until now i have seen the following options,

  • Use an plugin, Full Text Search or ezSearch
  • Make an search function myself

Right now i really like Full Text Search, because it looks like it has all of the functions i’m looking for :slight_smile:

We have built our sites with the Grid and LeBlender.

I have sites on Umbraco 7.3.0 and up, one on Cloud and the rest on our own Server.

Which option would you recommend me to take? :slight_smile:
