After a reboot of one of our Umbraco applications, we suddenly started experiencing errors when validating the license. It worked until this morning ~11 AM. Both Commerce and Engage are unable to validate through the backoffice. We experience this issue across various servers / applications, not just a single one.

The notifications > message has "License validation failed for product ID ‘Umbraco.Commerce’.’
The type is “Error”. There is no additional information provided in both the error or logs.
UPDATE:
Issue was resolved, but it would be nice if there was a fallback so that application reboots do not immediately have a risk of causing Commerce lockups
