Is there a way to skip the "Ready to publish?" dialog?

Hi all :waving_hand:

I’ve been wondering this many times, but today I got the question from a content editor client and thought I’d try to find a better answer than “well, that’s just the way it is”.

Is there any way (configuration, code or otherwise) to tell Umbraco that whenever I press the Save and publish… button – then just save and publish the content node I’m currently editing, in that culture. It’s what 99.99% of any client I’ve ever had wants to do 99% of the time, so why do they have to answer another dialog and click another button…?
