Internal packages used by Umbraco

Is there any plan in the foreseeable future, are there plans to release a new version of Umbraco 13, which upgrades the following packages:

  • TinyMCE 6.8.2
  • AngularJS 1.8.2
  • AngularJS 1.8.3
    As those packages seem to have known vulnerabilities.
    If not, is there any other solution to upgrade these packages?

No, it is not possible to upgrade those packages without breaking the backoffice on Umbraco 13.

If not, is there any other solution to upgrade these packages?

Yes, Umbraco 14+ ships with a new backoffice that does not rely on TinyMCE or AngularJS. Take a look at the latest Umbraco 16 to see if that suits your needs on:
