How to stop form field names appearing in Umbraco Forms emails

I am wondering if there is a way of stopping the form fields being displayed within an email (see below screenshot) we send to the customer when a form submission is made. The fields are all set as sensitive data, and we have unticked the include sensitive fields option in the workflow settings.

Does anyone have any ideas on this??

I don’t know why it’s including sensitive fields, my guess would be that the “Sensitive” toggle only applies to backoffice users.

You could create a custom template though:

This way you gain a lot more control over the rendering of values in your email responses.
