How do I add an entity action that only shows top right but not via the tree?

I am trying to replicate the Bellissima entity action for Rollback where its available on the document itself in the top right but is hidden/removed when you access entity actions via the tree.

I am not sure what is different to this entity action and how this is achieved.
If anyone has any clues or pointers, please let me know.

Not sure if a good idea or even possible, but could it be that the slideout menu population is preceded by some Notification you could compose against and filter out the action there?

Hmm as far as I know it’s all client side. But I will go hunting…

I’m still learning Bellissima backoffice so this might have changed completely, but for v13 we hid certain available document types for certain user groups using a Notification.

Specifically the SendingAllowedChildrenNotification. But there’d have to be a specific one for your use case then I guess, and also still in use after v14
