We have an external database where we wish to store the relative URLs of the media to be able to build a target for an href
Is it possible in any way to assign a permanent URL (in the same way as Cultures and Hostnames) to a file? So as well as /media/1010/blank-pdf.pdf, it could also be referenced as /media/blank-pdf.pdf (almost an alias)
