Getting 500 internal server error In Umbraco

I am getting 500 Internal server error in Umbraco site in Umbraco backoffice.
Getting Image path but not showing images and inspecting page there showing Internal server error . In local it’s working perfectly and I have also Tried accessing the image directly and checked if its work: https://{domain}/media/gfsloqpg/63.jfif but getting same error :
