Getting 404 Error on non-local environments - Umbraco Backoffice

Hi team,

I have a couple of issues that only happen on non-local environments (on development and staging envs). The issues all look similar. They are 404 errors (for example)

(Request error: The URL returned a 404 (not found):
/App_Plugins/Dashboard/views/dashboard.html)

while on this page on dev environment:

But this displays fine on local environment as screenshotted below:

I have tried multiple things to fix this issue including adding the tilde(~) symbol to the URLs, removing all related files from the non-local environments and putting them back again…and the issue remains.

Please help. Why is this only happening on non-local environments?
