Error upgrading from 13.8 to 15.4.1, version conflic on Umbraco.Cms.Web.Website

I am trying to upgrade my Umbraco from 13.8 to 15.4.1 but it faills and rolls back the package with the follow error:

Version conflict detected for Umbraco.Cms.Web.Website. Install/reference Umbraco.Cms.Web.Website 15.4.1 directly to project GameInfoSites.Web to resolve this issue.
GameInfoSites.Web → Umbraco.Cms 15.4.1 → Umbraco.Cms.Targets 15.4.1 → Umbraco.Cms.StaticAssets 15.4.1 → Umbraco.Cms.Web.Website (>= 15.4.1 && < 16.0.0)
GameInfoSites.Web → Badgernet.Umbraco.WebPicAuto 1.1.5 → Umbraco.Cms.Web.Website (>= 13.0.0 && < 14.0.0).

The only packages I have installed are Slimsy, TheDashboard, and USync.Compleate. All the packages have a version compatible with 15. Becasue of the backoffice update do I need to uninstall all the addons before upgrading or is there something I am missing to address this problem?

Do you perhaps added more custom Nuget packages?

The error states that the problem is Badgernet.Umbraco.WebPicAuto v1.1.5 as it requires Umbraco 13.

I do not see a v15 version for this plugin. So you’ll lose the functionality when upgrading.

Ok, I feel stupid. I was looking at the “updates” and not the “install” tab so I forgot about a few packages I had installed. Thanks.
