Drag and drop between block list editor

I am interested in being able to drag and drop between nested block lists. Especially to create groups when you have a lot of elements.

Yes i know you have copy and paste, but that is really not good UX if you are moving 20 elements back and forth.

I might try to test this in the future if i have time.
If anyone else is interested in implementing this, awesome!
