Creating an automatic discount on product category

Hello community.

Using umbraco cms and commerce 16 in the demostore

I’m fairly new to umbraco commerce. But im currently trying to setup an automatic discount to apply to the product categroy “Good and Proper”.

After setting the discount rule and reward. I go to the store at put a product in the basket, and then go to checkout. At this point there is no Discount displayed/applied to the orderline.

Do i need to do anything like a provider or something else to get the discount to show/apply?

Did you already have the product in your cart? If so a recalculation won’t have taken place yet. Make sure you remove the product and re-add it

Hi Matt.

I did both refresh and recalculate button before checkout.

I did get an automatic discount to work with total items in basket.
