We recently imported some content from our Staging environment into Live using uSync. Everything imported successfully and the blocks appear correctly in the Umbraco backoffice.
However, after few days on one particular page, the Blocklist content is visible in the editor but does not appear on the front end. The views and partials are unchanged, and the blocks were displaying fine before the import.
Our uSync settings on Live are:
"ImportAtStartup": "None",
"ExportAtStartup": "None",
"ExportOnSave": "Settings",
"UseFlatStructure": true,
…
What we have observed:

The block content is present in the database and visible in the editor

Front-end renders as if the blocklist is empty

Republishing the page fixed it. But not sure if its going to happen again.

This happened after a uSync import that updated content.
It feels like the published cache went out of sync, but we are not sure why it happens inconsistently or how to prevent it.
Has anyone experienced Blocklist or published cache desynchronization after uSync imports?
Is there a recommended process to ensure content + publishing stays consistent across environments?
