Block list editor: How to toggle on/off visibility of items?

Hi forum,

Is there a way to add some kind of toggle checkbox to each block list element where editors can turn it off (i.e. disable it). I remember in the nested content days that you could add an umbracoNaviHide bool property and then it turned into a toggle checkbox in the list of items (you didn’t have to open each item to disable it).

The arrow shows where I would like the toggle to be:
