Block Grid: “Discard changes” prompts after opening item editor with no edits

When I open the editor for a block grid item and close it without making any changes, the “Discard changes” dialog appears when trying to move away from the page with the BlockGrid property. If I dont open any block grid item editor and navigate away I don’t see the “Discard changes”

Umbraco version: 16.2.0

Can this be resolved?

This is to my knowledge a pretty common thing with the new backoffice.

There are plenty of bug reports on Github, but if you think you have something new to add, then I’m sure you can open a issue about it.

Maybe, if we’re lucky, Jacob O. from HQ, could post some more concrete info about these state issues.
