Are there any options to limit or control concurrent editing

Hi,

Is there anything available that will help manage concurrent editing?
Ex: Two user edit the home page at the same time.

At the moment, it seems like the last person to save “wins”. The history does show both “save” actions, but I would like to know if it can be prevented/managed in some way
