Are there any packages for Umbraco that integrates with something like AdRotate or Advanced Ads or similar service ?

I’ve had a look on the marketplace and can’t see any packages for integrating ads. People may already be doing this, but none have created a package for it and I can’t really find anything recent ad related. Sounds like a missing opportunity!
