I’m trying to create different block lists for for different page types for the user to create the content on the page. So they could create a Text module, or a text and image module, or a video module etc. I’m wondering if there is a concept similar to compositions to create this? So say page type 1 has the above but page type 2 needs the same core modules but extends it to include a FAQ module and a Card Listing module or whatever. Page type 3 also needs all the core modules but also includes some unique.
So essentially have:
- Page type 1: Block List Editor: Inherits Core Modules composition + Page Type 1 Unique Modules
- Page type 2: Block List Editor: Inherits Core modules composition + Page Type 2 Unique Modules
etc.
I’m not sure if this is entirely relevant, but, we don’t use Models Builder which is why I’m trying to create a base Model for it and then be able to extend where necessary.
