Hi all, your reading of DocumentUrlService was right: the URL write was skipped whenever the server’s role was Subscriber, even on the instance handling the publish. It’s tracked in #23565 and fixed in 17.8.0 and 18.3.0. I’ve written up the details, a workaround until then, and how to repair pages that are already affected in this post.
