Deny access to URL rewrite dashboard in V15

Forgive me for asking but I’m new to V15 and I can’t figure out how to set visibility to the Umbraco dashboards like the rewrite and environments dashboards. It looks like this can no longer be done by creating a composer referencing Umbraco.Cms.Core.Dashboards

Can anyone point me in the right direction?

In Umbraco 15, you would add conditions to an extension for instance, this limits an extension to the content section and the user needs to be an admin:

conditions: [
	{
		alias: 'Umb.Condition.SectionAlias',
		match: 'Umb.Section.Content'
	},
	{
		alias: "Umb.Condition.CurrentUser.IsAdmin"
	}
]

I’m not sure how to add those to existing extensions.
