I dont see any fails when I compare script/codes. Is it any folder/file I should look for? I cant run Freelancer, it wouldt load to VS

I have tried to write the codes, I have tried to copy the codes. I have tried everything, nothing happend. Still Html wont load, and the same Html error on line 4 and 28 .
